How It Works

AQUAECA is a powerful antimicrobial solution produced by the electrochemical activation of a low-mineralized solution of common salt in water. The process takes place in a specialized diaphragm reactor where water molecules are split and rearranged into active biocidal agents.

This creates a solution with a unique unstable structure. Because the active agents are in a state of high energy, they attack microorganisms instantly. Once the work is done, the solution reverts back to its original state (water and salt), leaving zero toxic residue.

No Microbial Resistance

Because AQUAECA attacks the physical structure of the cell wall, microorganisms cannot develop a resistance to the solution. This makes it more reliable than traditional chemical biocides over time.

Dual Solution Output

The technology can produce two types of solutions: Biocide for 100% disinfection and Detergent for washing and degreasing surfaces.

Safe for Equipment

Research proves that AQUAECA has no oxidation effect on food industry equipment due to its low mineralization and neutral pH.
